Biography
B.A.P. Unión is the first sail training ship of the Peruvian Navy. It acts as a training vessel for officers and naval cadets and as a sailing ambassador, promoting Peru in its various voyages around the world. It was launched in 2015 after a three year building project that took place in Spain.
In 2017, Union took part in its first Sail Training International event during the Rendez-Vous 2017 Tall Ships Regatta which celebrated the 150th anniversary of the Canadian Confederation.
